Description
Battalion Commander drops you behind enemy lines with a gun, a mission, and not much else. Your job is to fight your way through hostile territory, rescuing fellow soldiers trapped by the enemy and building a fighting force out of whatever you can salvage. It is a run-and-gun arcade shooter where the odds are always against you and the only way out is through.
You push forward through enemy ground, dodging incoming fire while your weapons do the talking. Movement keeps you alive — staying mobile makes you a harder target — while your squad fires on the foes around you. Keep moving in wide arcs rather than straight lines, since enemy fire is easier to read from the side. Prioritize upgrades that keep you alive early, because a long mediocre run earns more than a short spectacular one. And when a skill comes off cooldown at the wrong moment, hold it; a well-timed ability during a swarm is worth three wasted ones during a lull.
