Description
City Traffic Control puts you in charge of a city where the usual rules of the road simply do not exist. Cars stream in from every direction, and it is up to you to keep them moving, steer them toward their destinations, and, above all, stop them from smashing into each other. One collision and the level is over, which makes every intersection feel like a small gamble.
The objective is straightforward: guide each vehicle safely across the city before the clock runs out. You direct traffic with simple clicks or taps, telling cars when to slow down, hold back, or push through an opening. The faster you finish a level, the more points you earn, and there is a bonus angle too, since delivering several cars in quick succession pays out more than dribbling them through one at a time. On mobile the same idea works with touch, so you can manage the chaos on whatever device you have nearby.
Difficulty ramps up in a way that feels fair but demanding. Early levels feature light traffic and generous timing, letting you learn the flow of the streets. Later stages throw more vehicles at you at once, with different cars behaving differently; some are faster, some are sturdier, and some haul more, so the order in which you release them starts to matter a lot.
The best players develop a rhythm rather than reacting car by car. Keep your eyes on the busiest junction, since that is where accidents are born, and let slow vehicles clear a crossing before sending anything fast through it. Resist the urge to move everything at once; a controlled queue scores better than a pile-up.
