Description

Crazy Cow is a lighthearted puzzle game with a gloriously silly premise: a cow needs to get into a hole, and it is your job to roll her there. The catch is that the cow moves like a rolling object rather than a walking animal, so every level becomes a small physics problem about momentum, angles, and timing.

The controls could not be simpler. You press left or right on the screen (or the corresponding keys on desktop) and the cow rolls in that direction, building speed and bouncing off whatever is in the way. The objective on each stage is to guide her into the hole, but there is a second goal that keeps things interesting: ice cream treats are scattered around every level, and grabbing them all before you finish is the mark of a clean run.

Early levels are gentle and teach you how the cow handles on slopes and flat ground. As you progress, the layouts get trickier, with tighter spaces, awkwardly placed treats, and routes that demand you think a move or two ahead. Completing every level takes patience, because the later stages punish careless rolling.

The most useful skill to develop is restraint. It is tempting to hold a direction and hope for the best, but short, controlled taps give you far more precision. Collect the ice cream in a sensible order too; grabbing the hard-to-reach one last often forces you into a bad position with no way back. When a level goes wrong, restart quickly and try a different angle of approach.

It is a great pick for players who like relaxed puzzle games with a sense of humor, and it works well for younger players too thanks to the simple controls and funny star of the show. It runs free in the browser on both desktop and mobile, so you can herd this cow from anywhere.
