Description

Jelly Bomb is a chain-reaction puzzle game with a delightfully sticky premise. Jelly has spread all over your kitchen tables, and the only way to get rid of it is to drip jelly remover onto it. The catch is that you only have a few drops for each level, so splashing randomly will never clear the mess. Every drop needs to trigger a chain reaction that bursts as much jelly as possible.

The mechanics are easy to grasp and hard to perfect. Each level presents a table covered in blobs of jelly in different sizes. Clicking or tapping a blob applies a drop of remover, which bursts it and sends splashes flying in multiple directions. Those splashes hit nearby jellies, grow them, and burst the ones that are already full, which splash further blobs in turn. A single well-placed drop can clear half the table; a careless one clears almost nothing.

The limited supply of drops is what turns a cute idea into a genuine puzzle. Early levels are generous enough that you can experiment and watch the satisfying cascades, but the difficulty climbs as layouts get trickier and your drop count stays miserly. Later stages demand that you read the whole table before touching anything, identifying the one blob whose explosion will set off the longest possible chain.

The key skill is recognizing burst order. Larger jellies need more splashes before they pop, so aim your drops where the resulting spray will finish off blobs that are already close to bursting. Watch the direction splashes travel, because a drop placed at the wrong angle wastes its payload on empty table. When two chain paths look equally good, choose the one that covers more clusters, and never spend your last drop unless you can see the full chain it will start.

This is a perfect game for puzzle lovers who enjoy planning a few moves ahead and watching a plan come together. It costs nothing to play in your browser, on desktop or mobile, and the splashing never gets old.
