Description

Littleyellowman tells a simple rescue story with real urgency: a cheerful little yellow guy is trapped among the purple guys, some of his friends are held with them, and the only way out is through. Saving everyone, grabbing the coins, and escaping alive is the whole mission, and the game makes you earn every step of it.

You guide the little yellow man through platforming stages, running and jumping past the purple guys to reach each captive friend. Freeing them is only part of the job, because you also need to collect all the coins scattered around the level before you can claim victory. The purple guys are not just decoration; contact with the wrong one spells trouble, so every route through a stage is a small puzzle of timing and positioning.

The real pressure comes from below. Purple poison rises from underground as you play, and if it catches you it can turn you into a purple monster yourself, which you absolutely must avoid. That creeping threat transforms the game from a relaxed collect-a-thon into a race, forcing you to plan an efficient path that rescues every friend and sweeps every coin before the poison climbs too high. Lingering to admire your progress is not an option.

Success depends on route planning more than raw speed. Before you start climbing, scan the layout and mark where the friends and coins sit, then trace a loop that collects everything in one sweep instead of doubling back through rising danger. Take the high ground early, since the poison floods low areas first, and treat the purple guys as moving walls: wait for their pattern to open a lane rather than squeezing past and hoping. If a coin sits in a corner the poison will reach first, grab it early even if it feels out of the way.

Littleyellowman suits players who like platformers with a ticking clock baked into the scenery. It looks cute and friendly, but the rising poison gives it a genuine edge.
