Moto Maniac is a trial bike game that proves short levels can still be brutal. Every stage looks like a quick sprint to the finish line, but between you and the flag lies a chaos of piled-up logs, stacked boxes and even beached boats, and the bike underneath you obeys just enough physics to make every obstacle a negotiation. Practical advice from the trail: slow is usually fast, because rolling steadily over an obstacle beats charging at it and bouncing off. Lean back to lift the front wheel onto a ledge, then shift forward as you crest it to stop the bike from flipping over backwards. And if you do crash, watch the replay of what went wrong in your head before restarting, since most failures come from entering a section with too much speed.
